Operation American Spring – A Call to Constitutional Restoration and Prayer, not a Call To Arms
Operation American Spring (OAS) continues to gain momentum toward its non-violent, unarmed, lawful, and massive ‘human petition’ to our elected Representatives beginning May 16th on the National Mall in Washington, DC. In spite of criticism by left-leaning pundits and naysayers, OAS is attracting more and more groups in support of their mission and their goals.
Using as part of OAS’ authority, the Declaration of Independence admonishes Americans that “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…” when such abuses and usurpations reach an intolerable level. OAS recognizes that it is not our Government that is at fault, rather an insidious bureaucracy of ideologues that are systematically degrading our world image and undermining the economic and social stability of our people. OAS uses such examples as President Obama’s circumvention of Congress, unilaterally creating laws, issuing Executive Orders and extending executive privilege beyond his legal authority, just to mention a few of his endless failings.
A historical level of other high crimes and misdemeanors, plus multitudes of appearances of impropriety from others in this Administration, include, but are far from limited to:
- Harry Reid’s arrogance, condescension, and willful disregard of his own crimes, while insisting others must pay for fabricated infractions.
- John Boehner’s failure to support the conservative principles and Constitutional constraints he swore to uphold.
- Nancy Pelosi’s repeated and endless support of legislation that runs contrary to American ideals and while showing her disdain for the middle class and our economy.
- Joe Biden’s lack of understanding of his Constitutional bounds and general knowledge of how anything, other than political manipulations, work.
- Mitch McConnell’s accepting a massive $5 billion federal payout to his state to change his vote in support of destructive legislation.
- Eric Holder’s refusal to enforce laws consistent with his authority, and irrespective of his personal politics, cultural bias, and political cronyism: Murders of Americans at Benghazi; IRS corruption; Fast & Furious; NSA invasiveness; Fort Hood Jihad Murders classified as ‘workplace violence’.
These are but a few instances where this Administration’s officials exhibit a nation of leaders with utter disdain for the US Constitution as the law of the land. Because none of these scandals have been adequately answered, nor violators held accountable, the conclusion must be, if leadership is so corrupt, there is no valid government. By all appearances, there may have been a silent coup with all branches of government complicit in the take-over of our Republic by an international cabal of bankers, corporations, with the complicit aid of bought-and-paid-for politicians.
Because of this, the People demand that the foregoing, and any others who fall into this culture of corruption and lawless disregard of this great nation’s sovereignty, step down from their respective offices and submit themselves for the appropriate legal processes.
Operation American Spring (oas2014.com), a grass-roots gathering of American patriots is out in the open, with the simply stated objective to restore our Federal Government to its Constitutional constraints. OAS is without mainstream media exposure, building massive support in a spontaneous, popular, and thoughtful response to the hundred-year-old revolution against our uniquely American ideals and Constitutional principles by an insidious, and destructive enemy. The OAS mission, driven by a mass of rapidly expanding, highly energized, and divinely inspired Americans seeking nothing more than a return to lawful government and God’s hand back on America.
Members of Congress are in receipt of thousands of electronic petitions outlining OAS’ Declaration of Administrative Revision (Demands/Grievances), as described and authorized under America’s founding documents. Each Member is also receiving hard copy submissions of these same documents. They cannot truly claim ignorance; nor will they continue to ignore this call to duty and to justice, when millions of American patriots gather, and establish an unrelenting tide of prayerful vigilance over our Republic’s revival in the principles, traditions, and spiritual morality that brought us to the pinnacle of history’s nations.
America is awakening to the unprecedented levels of bureaucratic corruption, greed, and lawlessness spreading with exponential speed in its pillaging of our nation. America will no longer allow our People, or bequeath our progeny, to suffer as Communist slaves. Operation American Spring (OAS) Stands with A Nevada Rancher Family in Defense of Liberty
The Internet has been on fire over the past few days reporting and discussing the issue regarding a Nevada family and their fight to retain property they have managed and claim ownership of for over 100 years. All the details are unclear but what is clear is the Bureau of Land Management, has been illegally encroaching on ranchers, driving them out of homes and livelihoods for decades, illegally confiscating land, using pretentious environmental rationale and bogus claims of stewardship, in key commercially and industrially valuable areas particularly in the western states, and specifically, just a few miles northwest of Las Vegas.
The standoff by Bureau of Land Management agents at the Bundy Ranch developed as a threat over the last week or so. It escalated to the point of arrests, tazing a couple citizens, impeding public access, establishing ‘First Amendment-Free Zones’, intimidation by placing snipers in high-visibility locations, Illegally rounding up, abusing and in some cases, killing Bundy cattle and other livestock, while generally creating a ‘no-man’s land’ around the Bundy property in the vicinity of Bunkerville, Nevada.
The escalation of tensions continued until Saturday April 12, 2014. Late in the day BLM did what has come to be expected from almost every incident these government contractors instigate: tactical withdrawal in the face of public resistance. But they will be back, using what they learn from the first assault, to make the next more devastating
What was the critical factor that stalled the bureaucrats’ lawless attack? The answer is a power higher than man, the love of freedom, liberty, the power of some thousands of peaceful American citizens rejecting Gestapo-style tactics.
Putting personal considerations aside, probably exercising sacrifice, Americans descended on the area surrounding the Bundy Ranch from all over America to display, in no uncertain terms, “we will no longer stand by and allow lawless, anti-Constitutional behavior by oath-bound public servants.”
American’s who have had enough of the heavy hand of tyranny arrived…men, women, ordinary citizens, standing in defense of the wrongfully oppressed and for the generations of children and grandchildren of all Americans.
The Bunkerville event should be a signal to America and the planned Operation American Spring (OAS) event in a couple of ways. One, the effectiveness of a large, determined, peaceful assembly “of we the people”; Two, a heartfelt reflection of how deep-seated our desire has become to pursue freedom, liberty, even at the expense of potential harm to our persons.
Operation America Spring reflects the challenge we face on a national scale, but the potential impact is similar to the results carried out by God-fearing, constitution-loving, determined patriots in Nevada. Our brave “we the people” in Nevada are delivering fresh hope of freedom, liberty, and a reversal of tyrannical behavior in lawless public offices. Next month, Operation American Spring will bring the opportunity to restore Liberty in Washington, D.C,, challenging federal lawless officials, so it can spread throughout the country, and bring renewed hope to those who cling to the American spirit throughout the world.

Overpasses for America is teaming up with Operation American Spring to deliver “Articles of Impeachment” to the House and Senate on April 22, before a planned rally in Washington D.C. on May 16, Overpasses for America founder James Neighbors told the Examiner.
The Overpasses movement has clearly resonated with many Americans, as the group has almost 80,000 “likes” on their Facebook page at the time of this writing, along with approximately 10-15,000 “active members,” according to Neighbors. This, despite the lack of media coverage.

Rest assured that the battle over this ranchers land is far from over, the federal government intends to complete the takeover of the land, and one way or another this rancher will be removed just as all the others before him.
Operation America Spring reflects a much larger challenge but the potential impact is similar to the results carried out by God fearing, constitutional loving, determined patriots in Nevada. Our brave “We the People” in Nevada have refreshed true hope of freedom, liberty, and a reversal of tyrannical behavior in government.
On May 16tth, 2014 Operation American Spring will present another opportunity to stand down tyrants in Washington, D.C. We The People can stop the tyranny stemming from this out of control government, but only if they are willing to stand and defend their own freedoms and liberty.

Mission: Restoration of Constitutional government, rule of law, freedom, liberty “of the people, by the people, for the people” from despotic and tyrannical federal leadership.
Assumptions:
- Millions of Americans will participate.
- American veterans and patriots are energized to end the tyranny, lawlessness, and shredding of the US Constitution.
- Government is not the target, it is sound; corrupt and criminal leadership must be replaced.
- Those in power will not hesitate to use force against unarmed, peaceful patriots exercising their constitutional rights.
- Patriots may be incarcerated, wounded or god forbid; killed.
There is no hope given today’s technology of secrecy for the effort nor do we want it secret.
Concept of Operations:
Phase 1 – Field millions, as many as ten million, Patriots who will assemble in a peaceful, non-violent, physically unarmed (Spiritually/Constitutionally armed), display of unswerving loyalty to the United States of America Constitution and against the incumbent government leadership in Washington D.C., with the mission to replace with law-abiding leadership. Go full-bore, no looking back, steadfast in the mission.
Phase 2 – One million or more of the assembled must be prepared to stay in D.C. as long as it takes to see Obama, Biden, Reid, McConnell, Boehner, Pelosi, and Attorney General Holder resign or be removed from office.
Consistent with the US Constitution, as required, the U.S. Congress will take appropriate action, execute appropriate legislation, deal with vacancies, or U.S. States appoint replacements for positions vacated consistent with established constitutional requirements.
Phase 3 – Principled leaders such as, Former Representative Allen West, Senator Ted Cruz, Doctor. Ben Carson, Senator Mike Lee, Former Senator Jim DeMint, Senator Rand Paul, Governor Scott Walker, Senator Jeff Sessions, Representative Trey Gowdy, Representative Jim Jordan, appointed by their peers, would comprise a tribunal and assume positions of authority to convene investigations, recommend appropriate charges against politicians and government employees to the new U.S. Attorney General appointed by the new President.
*All actions in Phase 2 & 3 will be consistent with the U.S. Constitution.

OPERATION AMERICAN SPRING will be a gigantic step in removing the flea infestation that is sucking the blood out of America.
We see no reasonable, hopeful sign that indicates there are honorable, loyal, mature, critical thinking, experienced people in government that understands the chaos about to rain down on America, nor do they care….our only hope is that “we the people” call, organize, and draw a few million patriots to stay in D.C. for an “American Spring”. It would be the catalyst to draw the line and bring to a conclusion a decision on the out of control government, one way or the other. America will rise up or surrender………for me, I only go to my knees in the presence of God Almighty………..my knees will not touch the surface as a result of some piss ant occupant of the White House or a corrupt legislator, or outside element…I will fall to my death standing if necessary.
There is not much time and the only planning necessary is to select a starting date, which we have done, and then show up in Washington, D.C. on that date, and plan to stay for the duration. The goal is restoring the United States of America Constitution as the law of the land, removing the lawless leadership. Will this be a cake-walk? No, it will be painful, and some people may die because the government will not be non-violent; some of us will end up in a cell, and some may be injured. If that’s what it will take to save our nation, do we have any choice?Freedom loving Americans will say there is no choice, we must begin the second American Revolution. Not with guns, but with millions of Americans demanding a return to constitutional government and the resignation of Obama, Biden, Reid, McConnell, Boehner, Pelosi, and Holder as a start…then the constitutional restoration process can begin. An AMERICAN SPRING can be avoided only if the above mentioned officials resign.
Will our national patriot leaders step forward and declare, “Send Me!”, I’ll lead? There are millions of veterans and patriots ready to follow and have said “I will go”.

The last rancher Cliven Bundy, in the northern part of Nevada looses everything. But that’s not the end of the story.
What is really at stake here is America.
The federal government has taken Bundy’s cattle, but they have also taken nearly all of the state of Nevada. The local sheriff says he can’t fight them, the governor says he has no power or authority. The federal government has obliterated the sovereignty of the State of Nevada. And a judge says We The People have no power or authority.
The war against American citizen’s has truly started ( we already knew that). But this is still only the beginning. This is what we can all expect from now on.
