PURPOSEFUL TREASON…OBAMA MUST GO!
Barack Obama has committed treason against the United States of America. He has released from captivity avowed enemies of the United States, the barbaric, inhumane murders below, and to make it worse, he has used the excuse to release them as obtaining the release of an American citizen who is a deserter of the United States Army.
What has Congress done so far? Absolutely nothing of consequence. Leadership in the US House of Representatives are staggering around trying to find their a.. from a hole in the ground.
Thank God the State of Virginia has shown the rest of America the “light” that is the beginning stages of removing our nation from the darkness descending over us by voting out one of the top republicans, Rep Eric Cantor.
Operation American Spring (OAS) has been calling, and continues to do so, the removal of Obama, Biden, Reid, McConnell, Boehner, Pelosi, and Holder……..we take satisfaction that God has already worked through “boots on the ground” in removing Rep Cantor. Pray for another miracle that will take out the rest….but won’t happen without America taking action. God will not do the work that men and women are capable of accomplishing.
Pray that OAS and others will continue steadfast in our efforts to demand Congress return to their constitutional responsibility, honor their oaths, recommit themselves to Founding Father principles, and “we the people” continue to demand our rights as ordained to us from our Creator.
Let is now commit to removing the “establishment Senator” in Mississippi.
Finally. Barack Obama must GO………he has stepped over the line that no citizen of the United States can tolerate…if your US Senator or US Representative says anything different, makes more excuses, then they have to GO……..we’re fed up, we’ve had it with gutless, cowardly, self-serving lawlessness in Washington, D.C.

Colonel Harry Riley (Ret.) tasked me with writing a list of scandals and lies our fabulous Federal government has perpetrated upon the American P…eople. Harry has a habit of asking the impossible.
How can I do justice with even a listing of wrongdoings? Who has time to read an entire library?
And though the details being covered-up by complicit career corruptocrats are crucial, do we really need to know them, in order to know that there’s something dreadfully rotten in the state of American denial? For as I see it, the bigger story is not that sophisticated thugs and gangsters have seized the levers of American power, but that the American People are so complacent about it.
My recent illness, basically my body breaking down after being pushed unmercifully for over a year, gave me time to pull back a bit and ponder the problem. Going from 140-hour work-weeks to a grinding halt for ten days enabled me to look at where we are in a new light.
America is failing. We all know that, we see it everywhere we turn, know the truth of decay in our own lives and those of family, friends and community. We feel the vibe of violations viscerally.
Everyone knows it, yet few take action. This is to be expected, I suppose. After all, most folks are slow to react, unwilling to rock the boat and risk things getting worse than they already are.
But things are getting worse, anyway. So how do we begin to fix things? How do we restore Constitutional limits on government gone wild, authority run amok?
Across America, in efforts large and (mostly) small, some pioneers have finally found followers sufficient to take the fight to the enemies of freedom. We attack on all fronts, win some battles, lose most, and the tide of victory continues on the side of those who would rule.
Harry Riley saw, as many see, a need for unity in this war. A requirement to share resources, to make common cause with other freedom-fighters whose basic aims we share, and create a wave of peaceful revolt before we are forced to take up arms against tyrants.
Operation American Spring called for 10 million to come to Washington, D.C., to be a human petition for redress of grievances, to force the foes of freedom from their places using peaceful power. As I said, Harry has a habit of asking the impossible.
Many came, but not enough, not yet. Few remain, but they are dedicated, waiting for reinforcements.
So, what will it take? To get 10 million, I said, you’d need a giant stage with a giant screen, giant speakers and giant stars. A few rock and country acts, some actors and politicians, an entertaining program, and voila, 10 million! But after a day of fun, they’d go home. Little would be accomplished.
But maybe there’s a core of truth there, after all. Think about what does work. In our communities, there are always festivals and fund-raisers for worthy causes, that attract folks in their thousands, that raise money and awareness. What makes them work? Why are we willing to commit to small causes, but seemingly unable to come together for the big one?
The answer is FUN. Sure, folks come out for a cause, to clean a park, to save animals, to help a sick kid. They protest against injustice and insist on decency. But what DRAWS them is FUN. 
Few can sustain sorrow; rarer still rage. We feel these things, sure, but for most, it’s exhausting to maintain. For most, motivation is not found in negative emotion. It’s not enough to point out problems. What we need to do is show solutions, and make it easy for folks to join in the FUN feeling of the fight.
Think of what resonated with the American People in the past year. It was not rallies and marches. It was not hearings and court cases. It was not scandal and legislation. It was Chik-Fil-A, Duck Dynasty, and Paula Deen. Leno’s lighthearted jabs at power achieved more than any earnest protest. Fast food, reality TV, home cooking and comedians. These are FUN!
So, it may sound silly, but what we need is face-painting, arcade games, dunk-tanks, music and FOOD.
We need lightness and humor, wholesome attitudes and smiles. We need local activities that promote the central theme of Liberty, that enable folks to come together where they live. We need copycat celebrations across America, where the serious messages are made palatable to scared sheep. We need those local efforts to wake and motivate leaders to come to Washington and set things right. And there is plenty of foul corruption to be found at home, too.
I do not denigrate folks for being followers, few are cut-out to go first, to take risks. That is the way of things. But if we are good leaders, we must prove our cause to be more than just honest, more than merely serious. It must be FUN, or few will follow. And what is a leader who marches alone?

Every one of us has become painfully aware of how precious truth is. How easily rumors and lies are promoted; how often the media power of the élite uses misdirection when important news occurs. We have become used to seeing incredible stories promoted to the incredulous. We are often deceived by news that exaggerates real facts, in an effort to discredit the truth that those stories are based on. It is not unusual at all, in this internet age, to find that despite our best efforts, we HAVE been fooled again.
In these dangerous days, it’s common that truth is stranger than fiction. How odd that an obscure video was claimed cause for Benghazi? How much odder still are reports that the video was a cover story that began a cover-up of possibly treasonous acts, at the highest levels of American government? It seems utterly unreal to read that hundreds of armed federal agents, including snipers, outfitted with tanks and helicopters, no less, would mass to attack a small rancher who has a decades-long history of fighting for his property rights through the courts, and who has paid his fees, albeit to local authorities in lieu of federal ones. How few foresaw thousands of ordinary American militia members surging into the Nevada desert? Did many imagine that outpouring of patriotism would be widely reported in alternative media, and even in the mega media? We read stories, posts and comments everyday that shock and awe our sensibilities.
We’re all familiar with the concept of ‘False Flag’, but are you aware of the ongoing and thoroughly documented Federal intelligence actions known as ‘PSYOPS’? These insidious efforts are designed to spread misinformation, sow discord and division, cause mistrust and misapprehension. We, who value truth above party, who yearn to hear uncensored news without spin, are often stymied, not only by media elites, but by voices who sound a lot like ours. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, except when it isn’t. When it’s malign, deceptive, capricious and cruel; twisted, spun and distorted in the fun-house mirror. We are under attack, seemingly from within. But is it REAL?
There are, of course, honest voices crying out. Some for information, newly aware of the treachery of our usurping masters; some made cynical and hopeless over time; some genuinely full of rage and fear. But some of these voices may be part of sophisticated psychological programs to spread dissent, treachery and disinformation. Individuals may be sincere, or acting with the most cynical of intentions. They may be megalomaniacs or merely frauds, covert agents or con artists. They may be gleefully aware of their effect, or blissfully ignorant of corrosiveness. In the fog of info-war, that remains unclear.
What IS clear is that some use the Liberty movement for selfish ends, and some attempt to co-opt and corrupt the very agendas we hold so dear. You will see, read and hear many things, some easy to believe, some that beggar credulity. It is the duty of all thinking men and women to somehow sort through this web of tangled tales, and decide what is true. Many of us do not have the time, the background knowledge, nor the sophistication required for this task. That does not relieve any of us of our responsibility.
In this morass of misinformation, this bombardment of bombast, are kernels of honest fact. There are those among us who have taken up the mantle of sorting out the wheat from the chaff, and present nuggets of truth to others. We all know decent folks who can be counted on to reliably portray events as they are, whose analysis is fact-based and ruthlessly logical. These citizen-journalists may not tell you what you want to hear, but they will tell you what you need to know.
In my own case, I never ask anyone to believe me, simply because I am, well, believable. I always insist that readers and listeners doubt the veracity of my words, that they check and think for themselves. In this way, reputation for integrity is built, and grows. It is not possible to double-check and verify every single story, so you should perform spot checks at random, and in-depth investigation of anything that does not ring true. When you find a voice that calls to you, be wary, lest it be a siren song that calls you to your doom.
We fight in deadly earnest for the restoration of our Liberty, and the prosperity that follows. The plight of America is dire, and requires informed action. Do your part to spread the light of truth, but be careful. Take a few minutes to double-check before you share. Find credible sources worthy of your trust. Better yet, become one of those sources for your Brother and Sister patriots! The truth shall set us free!

(These are two things of which there is a plentiful supply. Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.)
RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues. This is why. They avoid things with which they have no knowledge.)

Operation American Spring (OAS) is accused of bringing armed violence to DC in support of their mission to rid our government of malfeasance bureaucrats through lawful and abundantly justifiable resignation. Further it is asserted the OAS presence in DC is designed by its organizers to cause a ‘bloodbath’ because of OAS’ planned ‘violent’ threats and actions. Or perhaps it’s just wishful thinking on the part of those committed to defending their illegal bureaucratic actions; or the intentional tactics of their Alinskyite protégés to disarm, distract, and deflect.
From the OAS Patriot’s Pledge comes a contrary view:
- I will abide by all laws written in compliance with our Constitution, and with respect to my God-given rights.
- I will conduct myself in a manner honoring our Founders, my Heritage, and my Fellow Americans.
- I will act with reverent respect to all those who have fought, and have fallen before me, in defense of LIBERTY.
- I WILL PERSEVERE, WE WILL PREVAIL!
Adding context to the above, consider OAS founder, Col Harry Riley’s own call for ‘…unarmed, non-violent, and peaceful presence by patriotic Americans…’
So who do you believe: the organization forming the event; or the Marxist agitators, media supporters and radical trouble makers? Without the Alinsky doctrine as a guide, it is difficult to discern how the above-referenced commitments could possibly reflect any intent of OAS participants to cause destruction or become brutally confrontational. Further, how could any reasonable mind view as ‘radicals’ and ‘extremists’, a grassroots movement of mostly older military veterans, and other patriotic Americans committed to rescuing their government from control by criminal bureaucrats, and reviving our great Republic once again under the constraints of Constitutional principles. Such charges can only come from those who are desperate to ‘disarm, distract, and deflect’ any attention that might be paid to their own historic levels of corruption and lawless assaults on the peace and tranquility of Americans.

It is now ‘normal’ to link the morality-deprived DC culture with its evident disdain for our laws and our Constitution. Consider how quickly the BLM, FBI, DHS, FEMA, IRS, etc., resort to inappropriate and unprecedented levels of violence to counter simple infractions of tax laws or ‘environmental regulations’. America watched in shock as Cliven Bundy’s family refused to recognize highly-questionable federal authority’s claims to land the family has owned for over a century. The BLM thugs resorted to the use of attack helicopters slaughtering his cattle, armored troops blocking public highways, as they searched everyone within a 10-mile radius. BLM engaged in destroying property, and threatening women and children with snipers and Tasers, then attempting to discredit their victim by fabricating and contorting evidence to brand him as ‘racist’. Disarm, distract, and deflect.

Even the self-proclaimed stalwart of Constitutional principle and original intent, Glen Beck, stated that ‘…laws must be obeyed.’ Be you reminded, Sir, even the Supreme Court ruled that “A Law repugnant to the Constitution is void.” Is there any worse authority than one exceeding its own bounds, more repugnant to the Constitution? And when a force moves against those it is designed to protect, regardless how beneficent its pretenses, is that not the most insidious and vile act of violence?

AMERICA IS CALLING FOR DEFENDERS

Pundits, leftist, naysayers, one and all are taking their best shot discrediting Operation America Spring(OAS) ( oas2014.com ) as the movement continues to gain strength. The movement toward a “peaceful, lawful, non-violent, unarmed” massive/gigantic May 16, 2014 independent citizen gathering on the Washington, D.C. Mall is in full mobilization. Even the Secret Service and FBI view OAS as a credible, lawful event…the message from the false propaganda wing of the social media have lost the battle.
Operation American Spring, a grass-roots movement of individual patriots is out in the open, no secrets as to the mission of beginning constitutional restoration, no donation button collecting thousands of dollars, no support by main stream media, just growing, energizing, inspirational citizens seeking lawful government and God’s hand back on America. Patriots are claiming half of the street…no longer relinquishing the entire street to radicals who are intent on lawless behavior.
It is impossible to deny the lawlessness and anti-constitutional behavior of federal officials and their minions in Washington, D.C. over the last five years. It’s no longer implied, shielded, or in the shadows, it’s directly from Barack Obama in his “finger waving”, Harry Reid’s categorization of patriots in Nevada as “domestic terrorist” , armed thugs threatening families in Nevada, Texas, and God only knows where else…international embarrassment, national debt and pain for untold number of generations.
It’s interesting that the Obama Administration views the Benghazi attacks leaving four Americans dead as a “spontaneous protest”; Nidal Hasan’s Fort Hood murders leaving 13 dead and 29 wounded Americans while screaming “Allah Akbar” as “workplace violence”; and Bundy Ranch protest where 0 deaths, 0 injured, 0 shots fired, as “domestic terrorists” action. There must be a stronger word than despicable for the Obama/Reid Administration.
Can it be rightly said Fast and Furious murders, Benghazi murders, IRS scandals, attack on conservative media, Tea Party intimidation, NSA treachery, attorney general discrimination in legal defense of laws, attack on States sovereignty, on and on, reflects a nation of leaders that support the US Constitution as the law of the land? Of course not, in fact it suggests a purposeful action to ignore and destroy the US Constitution, as Congress cowers. None of these scandals have been adequately answered nor violators held accountable…if the leadership is corrupt and lawless, is there still a valid government? Has there been a silent coup with all branches of government complicit in the take-over of America by an international cabal of bankers, corporations, bought and paid for politicians? American is demanding answers!
The United States Declaration of Independence admonishes Americans that “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…” when such abuses and usurpations reach an intolerable level.
OAS recognizes that it is not our Government structure given us by our Founding Fathers that is at fault, rather an insidious bureaucracy of ideologues that are systematically degrading our world image and undermining the economic and social stability of our people.
The Congress has received thousands of electronic petitions ( http://calltoaction.oas2014.com) outlining OAS Declaration of Revision(Demands/Grievances) , Articles of Impeachment and other documents describing what OAS is about.
They are also receiving hard copy submission of these same documents. They cannot claim ignorance, nor can they ignore the American people any longer. We expect their recognition of OAS Submission and a measure of movement toward a solution when millions of patriots visit on the D.C. Mall to express our freedom of speech, right of assembly, and expect answers from Congress and the Administration to our Demands and Grievances.
American lives have been lost all over the world fighting for other nations to gain or regain liberty, freedom, and human decency. Is it reasonable to believe “we the people” will not stand up for our own nation, as lawless self-servers seek her destruction? Perhaps Nevada is a signal that America is awakening to the reality of corruption, greed and the lawless virus that is spreading at exponential speed destroying the nature on our nation. We will not be silent, nor stand mute any longer.

America has decided we must stand up to lawless federal leadership. The thought that our children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren could be left with a socialist, communist, nanny nation of slaves ruled by despots should ignite the fighting spirit of every American.
There can be no greater priority this side of Heaven than defense of America and our US Constitution. If death is required to confirm our determination to protect our nation and restore constitutional government, so be it.

Operation American Spring – A Call to Constitutional Restoration and Prayer, not a Call To Arms
Operation American Spring (OAS) continues to gain momentum toward its non-violent, unarmed, lawful, and massive ‘human petition’ to our elected Representatives beginning May 16th on the National Mall in Washington, DC. In spite of criticism by left-leaning pundits and naysayers, OAS is attracting more and more groups in support of their mission and their goals.
Using as part of OAS’ authority, the Declaration of Independence admonishes Americans that “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…” when such abuses and usurpations reach an intolerable level. OAS recognizes that it is not our Government that is at fault, rather an insidious bureaucracy of ideologues that are systematically degrading our world image and undermining the economic and social stability of our people. OAS uses such examples as President Obama’s circumvention of Congress, unilaterally creating laws, issuing Executive Orders and extending executive privilege beyond his legal authority, just to mention a few of his endless failings.
A historical level of other high crimes and misdemeanors, plus multitudes of appearances of impropriety from others in this Administration, include, but are far from limited to:
- Harry Reid’s arrogance, condescension, and willful disregard of his own crimes, while insisting others must pay for fabricated infractions.
- John Boehner’s failure to support the conservative principles and Constitutional constraints he swore to uphold.
- Nancy Pelosi’s repeated and endless support of legislation that runs contrary to American ideals and while showing her disdain for the middle class and our economy.
- Joe Biden’s lack of understanding of his Constitutional bounds and general knowledge of how anything, other than political manipulations, work.
- Mitch McConnell’s accepting a massive $5 billion federal payout to his state to change his vote in support of destructive legislation.
- Eric Holder’s refusal to enforce laws consistent with his authority, and irrespective of his personal politics, cultural bias, and political cronyism: Murders of Americans at Benghazi; IRS corruption; Fast & Furious; NSA invasiveness; Fort Hood Jihad Murders classified as ‘workplace violence’.
These are but a few instances where this Administration’s officials exhibit a nation of leaders with utter disdain for the US Constitution as the law of the land. Because none of these scandals have been adequately answered, nor violators held accountable, the conclusion must be, if leadership is so corrupt, there is no valid government. By all appearances, there may have been a silent coup with all branches of government complicit in the take-over of our Republic by an international cabal of bankers, corporations, with the complicit aid of bought-and-paid-for politicians.
Because of this, the People demand that the foregoing, and any others who fall into this culture of corruption and lawless disregard of this great nation’s sovereignty, step down from their respective offices and submit themselves for the appropriate legal processes.

Overpasses for America is teaming up with Operation American Spring to deliver “Articles of Impeachment” to the House and Senate on April 22, before a planned rally in Washington D.C. on May 16, Overpasses for America founder James Neighbors told the Examiner.
The Overpasses movement has clearly resonated with many Americans, as the group has almost 80,000 “likes” on their Facebook page at the time of this writing, along with approximately 10-15,000 “active members,” according to Neighbors. This, despite the lack of media coverage.

Today we are once again facing the most powerful nation on Earth, one that has the potential to become the most tyrannical regime to ever exist. This time it is the government of United States of America. Today we face our own government.

April 2014, A Rancher Stands In Nevada – A Renewed Reflection Of American’s Rejecting Lawlessness.
The Internet has been on fire over the past few days reporting and discussing the issue regarding a Nevada family and their fight to retain property they have managed and claim State ownership for over 100 years. All the details are unclear but what is clear is the US Government has been encroaching on ranchers, driving them out of livelihood for several decades, and capturing land, using fictitious environmental rationale in the area a few miles northeast of Las Vegas Nevada.

The standoff by federal Bureau of Land Management agents at the Bundy Ranch developed as a threat over the last week or so. Facing hundreds of heavily armed Federal agents the last surviving rancher in the territory refused to back down. The conflict escalated to the point of arrests, agents tazering citizens, road blocks, First Amendment free speech zones, snipers located in the hills, rounding up Bundy cattle as well as other livestock, and generally creating a siege around the Bundy property vicinity Bunkerville, Nevada.
How the West Was Won 2014
The escalation of tensions continued until Saturday April 12, 2014. Late in the day, the most dramatic, turn-around of the potential life threatening event came to an end…the Feds backed down! Sighting concerns over the safety of their own men, but never once voicing concerns for the lives or safety of the rancher or his family.
Does it represent a tsunami that may be overtaking America…?
What was the critical factor that brought the power of the federal government lawlessness to a halt; a retreat, perhaps temporary, in Bunkerville, Nevada? The answer is a power higher than man, the love of freedom, liberty, the power of some thousands of peaceful American citizens rejecting Gestapo type activity. Putting personal considerations aside, probably exercising sacrifice, Americans descended on the area surrounding the Bundy Ranch from all over America to display, in no uncertain terms, “we will no longer stand by and allow lawless, anti-Constitutional behavior by oath sworn forces.”
American’s who have had enough of the heavy hand of tyrannical government arrived…men, women, ordinary citizens, standing in aid of the immediate oppressed and for generations of future children and grandchildren in America.
The Bunkerville event should be a signal for all America and the planned Operation American Spring event in several ways. One; The effectiveness of a large, determined, peaceful assembly of “We the People” does have an effect on and the people can take back control of the out-of-control federal government if we are willing to stand up. Two, a heartfelt reflection of how deep seated our desire has become to pursue freedom, liberty, even at the expense of potential harm to our persons.
Rest assured that the battle over this ranchers land is far from over, the federal government intends to complete the takeover of the land, and one way or another this rancher will be removed just as all the others before him.
Operation America Spring reflects a much larger challenge but the potential impact is similar to the results carried out by God fearing, constitutional loving, determined patriots in Nevada. Our brave “We the People” in Nevada have refreshed true hope of freedom, liberty, and a reversal of tyrannical behavior in government.
On May 16tth, 2014 Operation American Spring will present another opportunity to stand down tyrants in Washington, D.C. We The People can stop the tyranny stemming from this out of control government, but only if they are willing to stand and defend their own freedoms and liberty.
May all be so bold to mirror our Nevada brethren’s courage for freedom in Washington, D.C. May 16th, 2014.

Liberty won a battle today. However, the fight is not over and We the People must not be fooled into believing that it is. The Federal government has a long memory and I am sure they are right now readying for round-two.
