#Benghazi
POTUS & AFRICOM alone had authority to give Stand Down order.
Even though the CIA station chief sent a message to the WH in regards to Benghazi attack that it was ‘Not-slash-not spontaneous demonstration,’ the decision to call it such and blame it on a video went forward. Americans under attack were abandoned, then America was lied to.
Benghazi was the result of a planned terrorist attack on 9/11/12. There was no 
demonstration nor did it have anything to do with a video. That is not an opinion, it is a fact born out of documents, emails, and testimony. The attack lasted for almost eight hours with repeated calls for help. There was available help from several locations but they were each told to Stand Down. The result of that order ended with the deaths or our Ambassador and three other brave Americans. It was also known by the State Dept., CIA and the WH within at most hours (more plausibly minutes via Live Drone feed) that it was a terrorist attack. In Benghazi it was known immediately. Talking points on this went through 12 edits.
Obama, Hillary, Carney and Rice ALL went in front of the cameras and did knowingly, deliberately, and repeatedly lie to all of America. They claimed it arose from a demonstration over an offensive YouTube video. This infuriated the Libyan president that was already on record that it was a terrorist attack, and as a result delayed the FBI from ground access to the site for three weeks.
Five days later Rice ran the Sunday circuit with this lie. Obama appeared on David Letterman with this lie, and later on Sept. 25 Obama continued this lie in his speech to the UN ”There is no video that justifies an attack on an Embassy.” As late as mid-May, 2013, Obama claims to have had the same knowledge of what happened in Benghazi five days later as Rice described in her Sunday circuit.
Obama and Hillary also spent our tax dollars to create and broadcast in Pakistan their own video apologizing for the YouTube video that had nothing to do with the attack. They also had the maker of the YouTube film arrested.
In such a situation in Benghazi, with an Ambassador involved, the protocol would be that the President would give the Stand Down order. So far, nobody is admitting to giving the Stand Down order.
- CIA deputy director Michael Morell resigns
- Discovered by CNN 8/01/13 that dozens of CIA operatives were on the ground in Benghazi during the attack. They are being heavily pressured (and threatened) to keep their mouths shut. Here is the CNN report.
- First criminal charges filed in August, 2013 - Several suspects have reportedly been charged in the Benghazi attack. The only one named is a Libyan, Ahmed Abu Khattala.
- DOJ and State Department are blocking access to survivors of Benghazi attack.

Obama took the Presidential Oath, swearing to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” but has:
- Used Executive Privilege in regards to Fast & Furious gun running scandal. When Government misconduct is the concern Executive privilege is negated.
- 23 Executive Orders on gun control – infringement of the 2nd Amendment
- Executive Order bypassing Congress on immigration – Article 1 Section 1, ALL Legislative power held by Congress
- NDAA – Section 1021. Due process Rights negated. Violation of 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Amendments.
- Executive Order 13603 NDRP – Government can seize anything
- Executive Order 13524 – Gives INTERPOL jurisdiction on American soil beyond law enforcement agencies, including the FBI.
- Executive Order 13636 Infrastructure Cyber Security – Bypassing Congress Article 1 Section 1, ALL Legislative power held by Congress
- Signed into law the establishment of NO Free Speech zones – noncompliance is a felony. Violation of 1st Amendment.
- Attempt to tax political contributions – 1st Amendment
- DOMA Law – Obama directed DOJ to ignore the Constitution and separation of powers and not enforce the law.
- Dodd-Frank – Due process and separation of powers. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau writing and interpreting law. Article. I. Section. 1
- Drone strikes on American Citizens – 5th Amendment Due process Rights negated
- Bypassed Congress and gave EPA power to advance Cap-n-Trade
- Attempt for Graphic tobacco warnings (under appeal) – 1st Amendment
- Four Exec. appointments – Senate was NOT in recess (Court has ruled unconstitutional yet the appointees still remain)
- Appointing agency czars without the “advice and consent of the Senate.” Violation of Article II, Section 2
- Obama took Chairmanship of UN Security Council – Violation of Section 9.
- Obama Care (ACA) mandate – SCOTUS had to make it a tax because there is no Constitutional authority for Congress to force Americans to engage in commerce.
- Contraceptive, abortifacients mandate violation of First Amendment
- Healthcare waivers – No president has dispensing powers
- Refuses to acknowledge state’s 10th Amendment rights to nullify Obama Care
- Going after states (AZ lawsuit) for upholding Federal law (immigration) -10th Amendment.
- Chrysler Bailout -TARP – violated creditors rights and bankruptcy law, as well as Takings and Due Process Clauses – 5th Amendment (G.W. Bush also illegally used TARP funds for bailouts)
- The Independent Payment Advisory Board (appointees by the president). Any decisions by IPAB will instantly become law starting in 2014 – Separation of Powers, Article 1 Section 1.
- Congress did not approve Obama’s war in Libya. Article I, Section 8, First illegal war U.S. has engaged in. Impeachable under Article II, Section 4.
- Obama falsely claims UN can usurp Congressional war powers.
- Obama has acted outside the constitutional power given him – this in itself is unconstitutional.
- With the approval of Obama, the NSA and the FBI are tapping directly into the servers of 9 internet companies to gain access to emails, video/audio, photos, documents, etc. This program is code named PRISM. NSA also collecting data on all phone calls in U.S. – Violation of 4th Amendment.
- Plans to sign U.N. Firearms treaty – 2nd Amendment.
- The Senate/Obama immigration bill (approved by both) raises revenue – Section 7. All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives;
- Obama refuses to uphold the Business Mandate Law (ACA) for a year. President does not have that authority – Article. I. Section. 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States. The president ”shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed” -Article II, Section 3.
OAS update:
Good Morning Patriots, OAS is now established on the DC Mall for the long haul…….we have leadership that will remain on site in DC for as long …as it takes to revive America to come to the aid of our nation. Everything that’s good, honorable, noble takes work, committment, resolve to meet success. God help OAS as a movement to change America from the destructive path the current Administration and complicit Congress is leading America. Pastor Sylvester Bland, Alex Coffey, Joe Bennett, Roberto Tonizzo and SGM Santini are the nucleus leadership on the ground in D.C. at this time. The on-ground leadership team will be expanded and of course supplemented by our already established strategic PR team, Deb Howard, ,social media team, Susie and all of of us doing our share to bolster our overall message……..it has not changed, our mission remains “constitutional restoration”. I will be going back to Florida, Thursday, but will remain active in a leadership role in every way I can effectively support the operation on the ground but not get in the way of success. We all have a role to play, not personal agendas, nor favored positions…it’s a team effort, helping, advising, supporting, but without rancor or trouble making. Those that are willing to saddle up to our mission, provide objective help we welcome. Those that are perpetual whiners, trouble makers will not be tolerated….we’re on a mission. If you can’t help then find some other means to voice frustration. Much sacrifice has already been demonstrated and more will be required…this is not an easy journey we must travel…we didn’t ask for it, but a road that must be traveled. On Thursday’s radio program, Glenn encouraged his listeners to take a look into the history of the Spring of Nations that spread across Europe and Latin America in 1848. Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto planted seeds of dissent all around Europe, but it was first published in German on February 21, 1848 and within days insurrection ensued. Glenn this is how violent we are. I am a member of Operation American Spring (OAS) and have spent many hours praying on The Mall, one on one, with and for members of OAS and Rolling Thunder. I have seen lives transformed on the Washington D.C. Mall and believe, other than accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, the marriage to my beautiful bride and the birth of my two children, that the experiences on the Mall have been the most meaningful of my life (I am a 15 year Army veteran).
I witnessed a young black teenager confront members of our group, labeling us as Racist, then come back day after day listening to our message and ended up joining our ranks, saying; “I want my friends and family to join in this movement as well”. At the end of the day today in front of the Air and Space museum, I offered him the megaphone and he said to me with a trembling lip; “I have never spoke to a group like this before”. I told him it would be ok and reassured him he was among friends. He, as well as anyone in OAS, outlined the problems with Government today; “They don’t care about us…” Thank you Melvin!!!
Call COL Riley Mr. Beck, you have his number. I believe you have it all wrong; Operation American Spring is about mass and getting 30 million American’s to wake up from their stupor and to give a damn. We knew that day one we would not have 30 million but believe that as time goes on and our message of accountability from our elected leaders will resonate with Americans and that they well respond. I tell our members at our rally site before protesting at the Capitol and White House; “that we first need to change our hearts before we can expect change out of our elected leaders”, and I paraphrase Matthew 7:5, “You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye. People are responding to our message, and I believe in the end we will have a great spiritual awaking in this country like never before. This is what a Spiritually and Constitutionally armed movement looks like.
Members of the Park Service and Capitol Hill police as well as uniformed Secret Service have been helpful and ensured the safety of our members; hats off to them. I know they have a tough job and I respect them for protecting our elected officials.

Col. Harry: We’re aware what the Tea Party is doing, however we ARE NOT officially tied with ANYONE who is taking donations! OAS is a 100% volunteer event and we are not asking for donations. We will put anyone willing to help others get to D.C. in touch with those who need help. It will be between the giver/need to conclude their action.
Q: I have a situation, I’ve been told you work for the NSA.
Col Harry: This rumor is false. I worked at NSA for a number of years. I retired in 1992, was debriefed, my security clearances have obviously expired. I have absolutely no contact, no relationship with NSA. This is just another misinformation ploy to side-track OAS. If you want to get a reflection of what I’m about, google Northwest Florida Daily News…I’m sure they have archives of letters I’ve sent over the last 20 years.

Col Harry: False. As military men, we communicate. When General Vallely receives questions about OAS, he refers the individual or group to me for OAS action.
Q: I feel you should know that the page you had on the PAN site (Patriot Action Network) has been scrubbed. When I spoke to Darla the administrator, she informed me that your message was one of violence and it was against their policy.
Col Harry: Sorry to learn of PAN misunderstanding. Every fiber of OAS being is geared toward a non-violent, unarmed, peaceful, action as guaranteed by our US Constitution.
Q: It is being spread around there is tension between Tea Party elements and Operation American Spring(OAS). That Tea Party participation in Operation American Spring is not wanted or involved.
Col Harry: Nothing could be farther from the truth. We endorse Tea Party support and have Tea Party groups in support of OAS. Misinformation, elements attempting to divide patriots…don’t let it happen. Come to PFA if you hear a rumor.
Q: I see additions some are saying is included in the OAS mission, e.g. 9th and 10th Amendment agenda?
Col Harry: Here is the OAS mission: Mission: Restoration of Constitutional government, rule of law, freedom, liberty “of the people, for the people, by the people” from despotic and tyrannical federal leadership. We will not get into side agendas.
Q: I viewed a media announcement by Bobby Powell, that OAS was a Satanic operation.
Col Harry: False. Those who judge will also be judged. “…I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Cor12:10
Q: I have heard that OAS has partnered with Occupy (as in those who set up criminal camps in DC/NYC/et al), is this true? Rumor that Van Jones has co-opted OAS is pure misinformation…don’t fall for stuff until you seek facts.
COL Harry: OAS and OWS are in no way related…the rumors are so great that if anyone walked near OWS during their event, that individual would be part of OWS…ridiculous.
Q: During phase I can you guarantee patriots will be risk free of harm?
COL Harry: We can’t guarantee you won’t die in an accident on the way to D.C. any more than we can guarantee anything in D.C. Freedom is not free.
‘Impeach Obama’ campaign moves mainstream
‘Now we have the Benghazi select committee’

Talk of impeaching Barack Obama has been broached by members of Congress, media, community activists, truckers and others from both left and right over the past several years.
“Now we have the Benghazi select committee, and a select committee is what you form when there may be crimes and misdemeanors to uncover,” he points out.
“It has no other business to distract it, and it will be led by Trey Gowdy, a former prosecutor who excels at channeling conservatives’ outrage,” Waldman wrote. “To be clear, this doesn’t mean that [House Speaker John] Boehner or the party establishment he represents want impeachment, not by any means. They realize what a political disaster it was when they did it in 1998, and they understand that the effects would likely be similar if it happened again.”
But Waldman writes that “there are multiple Republican members of Congress who have at least toyed with the idea, and the committee’s hearings could build pressure in the Republican base for it.”
Among the people who have raised the prospect are Watergate reporter Bob Woodard, actor Steven Seagal, Ambassador Alan Keyes, Code Pink Co-founder Medea Benjamin and Oliver North, the former Marine Corps lieutenant colonel first known for his testimony as a National Security Council staff member under President Reagan.
“Tragically, this administration has gotten away with things that any other president would have been impeached for,” North said. “There’s no doubt in my mind.”
